1.
לַמְנַצֵּחַ עַל-הַגִּתִּית; לִבְנֵי-קֹרַח מִזְמוֹר.
lamnatze'ach al-hagitit; livnei-korach mizmor.
For the Leader; upon the Gittith. A Psalm of the sons of Korah.
2.
מַה-יְּדִידוֹת מִשְׁכְּנוֹתֶיךָ-- יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת.
mah-yedidot mishkenotecha-- YHWH tzva'ot.
How lovely are Thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!
3.
נִכְסְפָה וְגַם-כָּלְתָה, נַפְשִׁי-- לְחַצְרוֹת יְהוָה:לִבִּי וּבְשָׂרִי-- יְרַנְּנוּ, אֶל אֵל-חָי.
nichsefah vegam-kaltah, nafshi-- lechatzrot YHWH:libi uvesari-- yerannenu, el el-chay.
My soul yearneth, yea, even pineth for the courts of the LORD; my heart and my flesh sing for joy unto the living God.

גַּם-צִפּוֹר מָצְאָה בַיִת, וּדְרוֹר קֵן לָהּ-- אֲשֶׁר-שָׁתָה אֶפְרֹחֶיהָ:אֶת-מִזְבְּחוֹתֶיךָ, יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת-- מַלְכִּי, וֵאלֹהָי.
gam-tzipor matzah vayit, uderor ken lah-- asher-shatah efrocheha:et-mizbechotecha, YHWH tzva'ot-- malki, velohay.
Yea, the sparrow hath found a house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young; Thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God--.

אַשְׁרֵי, יוֹשְׁבֵי בֵיתֶךָ-- עוֹד, יְהַלְלוּךָ סֶּלָה.
ashrei yoshvei veitekha od yehalelukha selah
Happy are they that dwell in Thy house, they are ever praising Thee. Selah
6.
אַשְׁרֵי אָדָם, עוֹז-לוֹ בָךְ; מְסִלּוֹת, בִּלְבָבָם.
ashrei adam oz lo vakh mesilot bilvavam
Happy is the man whose strength is in Thee; in whose heart are the highways.
7.
עֹבְרֵי, בְּעֵמֶק הַבָּכָא-- מַעְיָן יְשִׁיתוּהוּ;גַּם-בְּרָכוֹת, יַעְטֶה מוֹרֶה.
ovrei be'emek ha-bakakha ma'ayan yeshituhu gam berakhot ya'ete moreh
Passing through the valley of Baca they make it a place of springs; yea, the early rain clotheth it with blessings.
8.
יֵלְכוּ, מֵחַיִל אֶל-חָיִל; יֵרָאֶה אֶל-אֱלֹהִים בְּצִיּוֹן.
yelekhu me-khayil el khayil yera'eh el Elohim be-Tziyon
They go from strength to strength, every one of them appeareth before God in Zion.
9.
יְהוָה אֱלֹהִים צְבָאוֹת, שִׁמְעָה תְפִלָּתִי;הַאֲזִינָה אֱלֹהֵי יַעֲקֹב סֶלָה.
Adonai Elohim Tzvaot, shim'ah tefilati; ha'azinah Elohe Ya'akov selah.
O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer; give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah
10.
מָגִנֵּנוּ, רְאֵה אֱלֹהִים; וְהַבֵּט, פְּנֵי מְשִׁיחֶךָ.
maginnenu, re'eh Elohim; ve'habet, penei meshichekha.
Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of Thine anointed.
11.
כִּי טוֹב-יוֹם בַּחֲצֵרֶיךָ, מֵאָלֶף:בָּחַרְתִּי--הִסְתּוֹפֵף, בְּבֵית אֱלֹהַי; מִדּוּר, בְּאָהֳלֵי-רֶשַׁע.
ki tov-yom ba'chatzerikha, me'alef: bacharti--histofef, be'beit Elohay; midur, be'ohalei-resha'.
For a day in Thy courts is better than a thousand; I had rather stand at the threshold of the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
12.
כִּי שֶׁמֶשׁ, וּמָגֵן-- יְהוָה אֱלֹהִים:חֵן וְכָבוֹד, יִתֵּן יְהוָה;לֹא יִמְנַע-טוֹב, לַהֹלְכִים בְּתָמִים.
ki shemesh, umagen-- Adonai Elohim: chen ve'khavod, yiten Adonai; lo yimna-tov, laholekhim betamim.
For the LORD God is a sun and a shield; the LORD giveth grace and glory; no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly.
13.
יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת-- אַשְׁרֵי אָדָם, בֹּטֵחַ בָּךְ.
Adonai Tzevaot-- ashrei adam, boteiakh bakh.
O LORD of hosts, happy is the man that trusteth in Thee.
