lamnatze'akh le'eved-YHWH ledavid.

נְאֻם-פֶּשַׁע לָרָשָׁע, בְּקֶרֶב לִבִּי; אֵין-פַּחַד אֱלֹהִים, לְנֶגֶד עֵינָיו.
ne'um-pesha larasha, bekerev libi; ein-pakhad Elohim, leneged einav.
Transgression speaketh to the wicked, methinks--there is no fear of God before his eyes.
3.
כִּי-הֶחֱלִיק אֵלָיו בְּעֵינָיו; לִמְצֹא עֲוֺנוֹ לִשְׂנֹא.
ki-hekhelik elav be'einav; limtso avono lisno.
For it flattereth him in his eyes, until his iniquity be found, and he be hated.
4.
דִּבְרֵי-פִיו, אָוֶן וּמִרְמָה; חָדַל לְהַשְׂכִּיל לְהֵיטִיב.
divrei-fiv, aven umirma; khadal lehaskil heitiv.
The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit; he hath left off to be wise, to do good.

אָוֶן, יַחְשֹׁב--עַל-מִשְׁכָּבוֹ: יִתְיַצֵּב, עַל-דֶּרֶךְ לֹא-טוֹב; רָע, לֹא יִמְאָס.
aven, yakhshov--al-mishkavo: yityatzev, al-derekh lo-tov; ra, lo yim'as.
He deviseth iniquity upon his bed; he setteth himself in a way that is not good; he abhorreth not evil.
6.
יְהוָה, בְּהַשָּׁמַיִם חַסְדֶּךָ; אֱמוּנָתְךָ, עַד-שְׁחָקִים.
Adonai behashamayim khasedeka emunatka ad shehakim
Thy lovingkindness, O LORD, is in the heavens; Thy faithfulness reacheth unto the skies.
7.
צִדְקָתְךָ, כְּהַרְרֵי-אֵל--מִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ, תְּהוֹם רַבָּה; אָדָם וּבְהֵמָה תוֹשִׁיעַ יְהוָה.
tzidkateka keharrei el mishpatecha tehom raba adam uvehemah toshi'a Adonai
Thy righteousness is like the mighty mountains; Thy judgments are like the great deep; man and beast Thou preservest, O LORD.
8.
מַה-יָּקָר חַסְדְּךָ, אֱלֹהִים: וּבְנֵי אָדָם--בְּצֵל כְּנָפֶיךָ, יֶחֱסָיוּן.
mah yakar khasdeka Elohim uveney adam betzel kenafeycha yekhesayun
How precious is Thy lovingkindness, O God! and the children of men take refuge in the shadow of Thy wings.
9.
יִרְוְיֻן, מִדֶּשֶׁן בֵּיתֶךָ; וְנַחַל עֲדָנֶיךָ תַשְׁקֵם.
yirvyun mideshen beytecha venakhal adaneycha tashkem
They are abundantly satisfied with the fatness of Thy house; and Thou makest them drink of the river of Thy pleasures.
10.
כִּי-עִמְּךָ, מְקוֹר חַיִּים; בְּאוֹרְךָ, נִרְאֶה-אוֹר.
ki-immecha, mekor chayim; be'orecha, nir'e-or.
For with Thee is the fountain of life; in Thy light do we see light.
11.
מְשֹׁךְ חַסְדְּךָ, לְיֹדְעֶיךָ; וְצִדְקָתְךָ, לְיִשְׁרֵי-לֵב.
meshokh chasdecha, leyode'echa; vetsidqatecha, leyishrei-lev.
O continue Thy lovingkindness unto them that know Thee; and Thy righteousness to the upright in heart.
12.
אַל-תְּבוֹאֵנִי, רֶגֶל גַּאֲוָה; וְיַד-רְשָׁעִים, אַל-תְּנִדֵנִי.
al-tevo'eni, regel ga'avah; veyad-resha'im, al-tenideni.
Let not the foot of pride overtake me, and let not the hand of the wicked drive me away.
13.
שָׁם נָפְלוּ, פֹּעֲלֵי אָוֶן; דֹּחוּ, וְלֹא-יָכְלוּ קוּם.
sham nafelu, po'alei aven; dochu, velo-yachlu qum.
There are the workers of iniquity fallen; they are thrust down, and are not able to rise.
