Halelu-yah haleli nafshi et-YHWH.

אֲהַלְלָה יְהוָה בְּחַיָּי; אֲזַמְּרָה לֵאלֹהַי בְּעוֹדִי.
Ahalelah YHWH bechayay azamrah lelohay be'odi.
I will praise the LORD while I live; I will sing praises unto my God while I have my being.
3.
אַל-תִּבְטְחוּ בִנְדִיבִים-- בְּבֶן-אָדָם, שֶׁאֵין לוֹ תְשׁוּעָה.
Al-tivtechu vindivim bev-adam she'ein lo tshu'ah.
Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.
4.
תֵּצֵא רוּחוֹ, יָשֻׁב לְאַדְמָתוֹ; בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא, אָבְדוּ עֶשְׁתֹּנֹתָיו.
tetze rukho, yashuv le'admato; bayom hahu, avdu eshtonotav.
His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his dust; in that very day his thoughts perish.

אַשְׁרֵי--שֶׁאֵל יַעֲקֹב בְּעֶזְרוֹ: שִׂבְרוֹ, עַל-יְהוָה אֱלֹהָיו.
ashrei--she'el Ya'akov be'ezro: sivro, al-YHWH Elohav.
Happy is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD his God,

עֹשֶׂה, שָׁמַיִם וָאָרֶץ-- אֶת-הַיָּם וְאֶת-כָּל-אֲשֶׁר-בָּם;הַשֹּׁמֵר אֱמֶת לְעוֹלָם.
oseh, shamayim va'aretz-- et-hayam ve'et-kol-asher-bam; hashomer emet le'olam.
Who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is; who keepeth truth for ever;

עֹשֶׂה מִשְׁפָּט, לָעֲשׁוּקִים--נֹתֵן לֶחֶם, לָרְעֵבִים; יְהוָה, מַתִּיר אֲסוּרִים.
oseh mishpat, la'ashuqim--noten lekhem, lare'evim; YHWH, matir asurim.
Who executeth justice for the oppressed; who giveth bread to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners;

יְהוָה, פֹּקֵחַ עִוְרִים--יְהוָה, זֹקֵף כְּפוּפִים; יְהוָה, אֹהֵב צַדִּיקִים.
Adonai pokeach ivrim, Adonai zokef kfufim; Adonai ohev tzadikim.
The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind; the LORD raiseth up them that are bowed down; the LORD loveth the righteous;
9.
יְהוָה, שֹׁמֵר אֶת-גֵּרִים--יָתוֹם וְאַלְמָנָה יְעוֹדֵד; וְדֶרֶךְ רְשָׁעִים יְעַוֵּת.
Adonai shomer et-gerim, yatom v'almanah ye'oded; v'derekh rsha'im ye'avet.
The LORD preserveth the strangers; He upholdeth the fatherless and the widow; but the way of the wicked He maketh crooked.
10.
יִמְלֹךְ יְהוָה, לְעוֹלָם-- אֱלֹהַיִךְ צִיּוֹן, לְדֹר וָדֹר:הַלְלוּ-יָהּ.
Yimlokh Adonai l'olam, elohayikh Tziyon l'dor vador, hallelu-Yah.
The LORD will reign for ever, thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Hallelujah.
