שִׁיר הַמַּעֲלוֹת, לְדָוִד:יְהוָה, לֹא-גָבַהּ לִבִּי-- וְלֹא-רָמוּ עֵינַי;וְלֹא-הִלַּכְתִּי, בִּגְדֹלוֹת וּבְנִפְלָאוֹת מִמֶּנִּי.
ஷீர் ஹம்மஅலோத் லெதாவித் யஹ்வாஹ் லோ-கவாஹ் லிப்பீ வெலோ-ராமூ ஏனாய் வெலோ-ஹில்லக்தீ பிக்தோலோத் உவினིஃப்லாஓத் மிம்மென்னீ
A Song of Ascents; of David. LORD, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty; neither do I exercise myself in things too great, or in things too wonderful for me.
2.
אִם-לֹא שִׁוִּיתִי, וְדוֹמַמְתִּי-- נַפְשִׁי:כְּגָמֻל, עֲלֵי אִמּוֹ; כַּגָּמֻל עָלַי נַפְשִׁי.
இம்-லோ ஷிவ்வீதீ வெதோமம்தீ நஃப்ஷீ ககமுல் அலே இம்மோ ககமுல் ஆலாய் நஃப்ஷீ
Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul; like a weaned child with his mother; my soul is with me like a weaned child.
3.
יַחֵל יִשְׂרָאֵל, אֶל-יְהוָה-- מֵעַתָּה, וְעַד-עוֹלָם.
யஹேல் யிஸ்ராயேல் எல்-யஹ்வாஹ் மேஅத்தா வெஅத்-ஓலாம்
O Israel, hope in the LORD from this time forth and for ever.
