שִׁיר, הַמַּעֲלוֹת:אֶל-יְהוָה, בַּצָּרָתָה לִּי-- קָרָאתִי, וַיַּעֲנֵנִי.
ஷீர் ஹம்மாஅலோத் எல் அதோனாய் பாட்சாராதா லி காராதி வாயாஅனேனி

יְהוָה--הַצִּילָה נַפְשִׁי, מִשְּׂפַת-שֶׁקֶר: מִלָּשׁוֹן רְמִיָּה.
அதோனாய் ஹாட்சிலா நப்ஷி மிஷ்பாத் ஷேகேர் மில்லாஷோன் ரெமியா
O LORD, deliver my soul from lying lips, from a deceitful tongue.

מַה-יִּתֵּן לְךָ, וּמַה-יֹּסִיף לָךְ-- לָשׁוֹן רְמִיָּה.
மா யித்தேன் லேகா உமா யோசிப் லாக் லாஷோன் ரெமியா
What shall be given unto thee, and what shall be done more unto thee, thou deceitful tongue?

חִצֵּי גִבּוֹר שְׁנוּנִים; עִם, גַּחֲלֵי רְתָמִים.
ஹிட்சே கிபோர் ஷெனூனிம் இம் காஹலே ரெதாமிம்
Sharp arrows of the mighty, with coals of broom.

אוֹיָה-לִי, כִּי-גַרְתִּי מֶשֶׁךְ; שָׁכַנְתִּי, עִם-אָהֳלֵי קֵדָר.
ஓயா லி கி கார்தி மெஷேக் ஷாகாந்தி இம் ஒஹலே கேதார்
Woe is me, that I sojourn with Meshech, that I dwell beside the tents of Kedar!

רַבַּת, שָׁכְנָה-לָּהּ נַפְשִׁי-- עִם, שׂוֹנֵא שָׁלוֹם.
ரப்பத் ஷாக்னா லா நப்ஷி இம் ஸோனே ஷாலோம்
My soul hath full long had her dwelling with him that hateth peace.
7.
אֲנִי-שָׁלוֹם, וְכִי אֲדַבֵּר; הֵמָּה, לַמִּלְחָמָה.
அனி ஷாலோம் வெகி அதாப்பேர் ஹேம்மா லாம்மில்ஹாமா
I am all peace; but when I speak, they are for war.
