כִּי-הִנֵּה הַיּוֹם בָּא, בֹּעֵר כַּתַּנּוּר; וְהָיוּ כָל-זֵדִים וְכָל-עֹשֵׂה רִשְׁעָה, קַשׁ, וְלִהַט אֹתָם הַיּוֹם הַבָּא אָמַר יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת, אֲשֶׁר לֹא-יַעֲזֹב לָהֶם שֹׁרֶשׁ וְעָנָף.

Ki-hineh hayom ba, bo'er katannur; vehayu khol-zedim vekhal-oseh rish'ah, kash, velihat otam hayom haba amar YHWH tseva'ot, asher lo-ya'azov lahem shoresh ve'anaf.

For, behold, the day cometh, it burneth as a furnace; and all the proud, and all that work wickedness, shall be stubble; and the day that cometh shall set them ablaze, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

וְזָרְחָה לָכֶם יִרְאֵי שְׁמִי, שֶׁמֶשׁ צְדָקָה, וּמַרְפֵּא, בִּכְנָפֶיהָ; וִיצָאתֶם וּפִשְׁתֶּם, כְּעֶגְלֵי מַרְבֵּק.

Vezarkhah lakhem yire'i shemi, shemesh tzedakah, umarpe, bikhnafehiya; veyatsatem ufishtem, ke'eglei marbek.

But unto you that fear My name shall the sun of righteousness arise with healing in its wings; and ye shall go forth, and gambol as calves of the stall.

וְעַסּוֹתֶם רְשָׁעִים--כִּי-יִהְיוּ אֵפֶר, תַּחַת כַּפּוֹת רַגְלֵיכֶם: בַּיּוֹם אֲשֶׁר אֲנִי עֹשֶׂה, אָמַר יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת.

ve'assotem resha'im ki-yihyu efer takhat kappot ragleichem bayyom asher ani oseh amar YHWH tseva'ot

And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I do make, saith the LORD of hosts.

זִכְרוּ, תּוֹרַת מֹשֶׁה עַבְדִּי, אֲשֶׁר צִוִּיתִי אוֹתוֹ בְחֹרֵב עַל-כָּל-יִשְׂרָאֵל, חֻקִּים וּמִשְׁפָּטִים.

zikhru torat Moshe avdi asher tsiviti oto vekhorev al-kol-Yisrael chukkim umishpatim

Remember ye the law of Moses My servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, even statutes and ordinances.

הִנֵּה אָנֹכִי שֹׁלֵחַ לָכֶם, אֵת אֵלִיָּה הַנָּבִיא--לִפְנֵי, בּוֹא יוֹם יְהוָה, הַגָּדוֹל, וְהַנּוֹרָא.

hineh anokhi sholeakh lachem et Eliyah hannavi lifnei bo yom YHWH haggadol vehannora

Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the LORD.

וְהֵשִׁיב לֵב-אָבוֹת עַל-בָּנִים, וְלֵב בָּנִים עַל-אֲבוֹתָם--פֶּן-אָבוֹא, וְהִכֵּיתִי אֶת-הָאָרֶץ חֵרֶם.

veheshiv lev-avot al-banim velev banim al-avotam pen-avo vehikheti et-ha'aretz cherem

And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers; lest I come and smite the land with utter destruction.
