וְאֵלֶּה הָיוּ בְּנֵי דָוִיד, אֲשֶׁר נוֹלַד-לוֹ בְּחֶבְרוֹן: הַבְּכוֹר אַמְנֹן, לַאֲחִינֹעַם הַיִּזְרְעֵאלִית, שֵׁנִי דָּנִיֵּאל, לַאֲבִיגַיִל הַכַּרְמְלִית.
ve'elleh hayu bene david, asher nold-lo ve-hevron: ha-bekhor amnon, la-akhino'am ha-yizre'elit, sheni daniyel, la-avigayil ha-karmelit.
Now these were the sons of David, that were born unto him in Hebron: the first-born, Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second, Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitess;

הַשְּׁלִשִׁי לְאַבְשָׁלוֹם בֶּן-מַעֲכָה, בַּת-תַּלְמַי מֶלֶךְ גְּשׁוּר; הָרְבִיעִי, אֲדֹנִיָּה בֶן-חַגִּית.
ha-shelishi le-avshalom ben-ma'akah, bat-talmay melekh gshur; ha-revi'i, adoniyyah ven-hagit.
the third, Absalom the son of Maacah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur; the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith;
3.
הַחֲמִישִׁי שְׁפַטְיָה, לַאֲבִיטָל; הַשִּׁשִּׁי יִתְרְעָם, לְעֶגְלָה אִשְׁתּוֹ.
ha-chamishi shefatyah, la-avital; ha-shishi yitre'am, le-eglah ishto.
the fifth, Shephatiah of Abital; the sixth, Ithream by Eglah his wife.
4.
שִׁשָּׁה, נוֹלַד-לוֹ בְחֶבְרוֹן, וַיִּמְלָךְ-שָׁם, שֶׁבַע שָׁנִים וְשִׁשָּׁה חֳדָשִׁים; וּשְׁלֹשִׁים וְשָׁלוֹשׁ שָׁנָה, מָלַךְ בִּירוּשָׁלִָם.
shishah, nold-lovekhebron, vayimlekh-sham, sheva shanim veshishah khodashim; ushloshim veshalosh shanah, malakh birushalayim.
Six were born unto him in Hebron; and there he reigned seven years and six months; and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty and three years.

וְאֵלֶּה נוּלְּדוּ-לוֹ, בִּירוּשָׁלָיִם: שִׁמְעָא וְשׁוֹבָב וְנָתָן וּשְׁלֹמֹה, אַרְבָּעָה, לְבַת-שׁוּעַ, בַּת-עַמִּיאֵל.
ve'eleh nuledu-lo, birushalayim: shim'a veshovav venatan ushlomoh, arba'ah, levat-shua, bat-ammi'el.
And these were born unto him in Jerusalem: Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bath-shua the daughter of Ammiel;
6.
וְיִבְחָר וֶאֱלִישָׁמָע, וֶאֱלִיפָלֶט.
veyvikhar ve'elishama, ve'elifelet.
and Ibhar, and Elishama, and Eliphelet;
7.
וְנֹגַהּ וְנֶפֶג, וְיָפִיעַ.
venogah venefeg, veyafi'a.
and Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia;
8.
וֶאֱלִישָׁמָע וְאֶלְיָדָע וֶאֱלִיפֶלֶט, תִּשְׁעָה.
ve'elishama ve'elyada ve'elifelet, tish'ah.
and Elishama, and Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine.
9.
כֹּל, בְּנֵי דָוִיד--מִלְּבַד בְּנֵי-פִילַגְשִׁים, וְתָמָר אֲחוֹתָם.
kol, benei david--milvadv benei-pilagshim, vetamar akhotam.
All these were the sons of David, beside the sons of the concubines; and Tamar was their sister.
10.
וּבֶן-שְׁלֹמֹה, רְחַבְעָם; אֲבִיָּה בְנוֹ אָסָא בְנוֹ, יְהוֹשָׁפָט בְּנוֹ.
uven-shlomo, rekhav'am; aviyah veno asa veno, yehoshafat veno.
And Solomon's son was Rehoboam; Abijah his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son;
11.
יוֹרָם בְּנוֹ אֲחַזְיָהוּ בְנוֹ, יוֹאָשׁ בְּנוֹ.
yoram veno akhazyahu veno, yo'ash veno.
Joram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son;
12.
אֲמַצְיָהוּ בְנוֹ עֲזַרְיָה בְנוֹ, יוֹתָם בְּנוֹ.
Amatsyahu veno Azaryahu veno, Yotam beno.
Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son;
13.
אָחָז בְּנוֹ חִזְקִיָּהוּ בְנוֹ, מְנַשֶּׁה בְנוֹ.
Akhaz beno Khizkiyahu beno, Menasheh beno.
Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son;
14.
אָמוֹן בְּנוֹ, יֹאשִׁיָּהוּ בְנוֹ.
Amon beno, Yoshiyahu beno.
Amon his son, Josiah his son.
15.
וּבְנֵי, יֹאשִׁיָּהוּ--הַבְּכוֹר יוֹחָנָן, הַשֵּׁנִי יְהוֹיָקִים; הַשְּׁלִשִׁי, צִדְקִיָּהוּ, הָרְבִיעִי, שַׁלּוּם.
Uvnei, Yoshiyahu--habekhor Yokhanan, hasheni Yehoyakim; hashelishi, Tzidkiyahu, harevi'i, Shalom.
And the sons of Josiah: the firstborn Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.
16.
וּבְנֵי, יְהוֹיָקִים--יְכָנְיָה בְנוֹ, צִדְקִיָּה בְנוֹ.
uve'nei yehoyakim yekhanyah veno tzidkiyahu veno.
And the sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son.
17.
וּבְנֵי יְכָנְיָה אַסִּר, שְׁאַלְתִּיאֵל בְּנוֹ.
uve'nei yekhanyah assir she'altiel beno.
And the sons of Jeconiah--the same is Assir--Shealtiel his son;
18.
וּמַלְכִירָם וּפְדָיָה, וְשֶׁנְאַצַּר, יְקַמְיָה הוֹשָׁמָע, וּנְדַבְיָה.
umalkiram ufedayah veshenatzar yekamyah hoshama unedabyah.
and Malchiram, and Pedaiah, and Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.
19.
וּבְנֵי פְדָיָה, זְרֻבָּבֶל וְשִׁמְעִי; וּבֶן-זְרֻבָּבֶל מְשֻׁלָּם וַחֲנַנְיָה, וּשְׁלֹמִית אֲחוֹתָם.
uve'nei fedayah zerubavel veshim'i uven-zerubavel meshulam vakhananyah usholomit akhotam.
And the sons of Pedaiah: Zerubbabel, and Shimei. And the sons of Zerubbabel: Meshullam, and Hananiah; and Shelomith was their sister;
20.
וַחֲשֻׁבָה וָאֹהֶל וּבֶרֶכְיָה וַחֲסַדְיָה, יוּשַׁב חֶסֶד--חָמֵשׁ.
vakhashuvah va'ohel uverekhyah vakhasadyah, yushav khesed--khamesh.
and Hashubah and Ohel, and Berechiah, and Hasadiah, Jushabhesed, five.
21.
וּבֶן-חֲנַנְיָה, פְּלַטְיָה וִישַׁעְיָה; בְּנֵי רְפָיָה בְּנֵי אַרְנָן, בְּנֵי עֹבַדְיָה בְּנֵי שְׁכַנְיָה.
uven-khananyah, pelatyah vish'yah; bene refayah bene arnan, bene ovadyah bene shekhanyah.
And the sons of Hananiah: Pelatiah, and Jeshaiah; the sons of [Jeshaiah]: Rephaiah; the sons of [Rephaiah]: Arnan; the sons of [Arnan]: Obadiah; the sons of [Obadiah]: Shecaniah.
22.
וּבְנֵי שְׁכַנְיָה, שְׁמַעְיָה; וּבְנֵי שְׁמַעְיָה, חַטּוּשׁ וְיִגְאָל וּבָרִיחַ וּנְעַרְיָה וְשָׁפָט--שִׁשָּׁה.
uvnei shekhanyah, shema'yah; uvnei shema'yah, khatush veyig'al uvarriakh un'aryah veshafat--shishshah.
And the sons of Shecaniah: Shemaiah; and the sons of Shemaiah: Hattush, and Igal, and Bariah, and Neariah, and Shaphat, six.
23.
וּבֶן-נְעַרְיָה, אֶלְיוֹעֵינַי וְחִזְקִיָּה וְעַזְרִיקָם--שְׁלֹשָׁה.
uven-n'aryah, elyo'enay vekhizkiyah ve'azrikam--shloshah.
And the sons of Neariah: Elioenai, and Hizkiah, and Azrikam, three.
24.
וּבְנֵי אֶלְיוֹעֵינַי, הודיוהו הוֹדַוְיָהוּ וְאֶלְיָשִׁיב וּפְלָיָה וְעַקּוּב וְיוֹחָנָן וּדְלָיָה וַעֲנָנִי--שִׁבְעָה.
u'vnei Elyoeinai, Hodyahu Hodavyahu ve'Elyashiv u'Pelayah ve'Akkuv ve'Yochanan u'Delayah va'Anani--shiv'ah.
And the sons of Elioenai: Hodaviah, and Eliashib, and Pelaiah, and Akkub, and Johanan, and Delaiah, and Anani, seven.
