שִׁיר הַמַּעֲלוֹת, לְדָוִד:יְהוָה, לֹא-גָבַהּ לִבִּי-- וְלֹא-רָמוּ עֵינַי;וְלֹא-הִלַּכְתִּי, בִּגְדֹלוֹת וּבְנִפְלָאוֹת מִמֶּנִּי.
ഷീർ ഹമ്മാഅലോത് ലെദാവീദ് അദോനായ് ലോ ഗാവാ ലിബ്ബീ വെലോ രാമൂ ഏനായ് വെലോ ഹില്ലാഖ്തീ ബിഗ്ദോലോത് ഉവ്നിഫ്ലാഓത് മിമ്മെന്നീ
A Song of Ascents; of David. LORD, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty; neither do I exercise myself in things too great, or in things too wonderful for me.
2.
אִם-לֹא שִׁוִּיתִי, וְדוֹמַמְתִּי-- נַפְשִׁי:כְּגָמֻל, עֲלֵי אִמּוֹ; כַּגָּמֻל עָלַי נַפְשִׁי.
ഇം ലോ ഷിവ്വീതീ വെദോമംതീ നഫ്ശീ കെഗമുൽ അലേ ഇമ്മോ കഗമുൽ ആലയ് നഫ്ശീ
Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul; like a weaned child with his mother; my soul is with me like a weaned child.
3.
יַחֵל יִשְׂרָאֵל, אֶל-יְהוָה-- מֵעַתָּה, וְעַד-עוֹלָם.
യഹേൽ യിസ്രായേൽ എൽ യഹോവ മേഅത്താ വെഅദ് ഓലാം
O Israel, hope in the LORD from this time forth and for ever.
