לוּלֵי יְהוָה, שֶׁהָיָה לָנוּ-- בְּקוּם עָלֵינוּ אָדָם.
ലൂലേ അദോനായ് ഷെഹായാ ലാനൂ ബെകൂം ആലേനു ആദാം
'If it had not been the LORD who was for us, when men rose up against us,

אֲזַי, חַיִּים בְּלָעוּנוּ-- בַּחֲרוֹת אַפָּם בָּנוּ.
അസായ് ഹയ്യീം ബെലാഊനു ബഹാറോത് അപ്പാം ബാനൂ
Then they had swallowed us up alive, when their wrath was kindled against us;

אֲזַי, הַמַּיִם שְׁטָפוּנוּ-- נַחְלָה, עָבַר עַל-נַפְשֵׁנוּ.
അസായ് ഹമ്മായിം ഷെതാഫൂനു നഹ്ലാ അവാർ അൽ നഫ്ഷേനു
Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul;

אֲזַי, עָבַר עַל-נַפְשֵׁנוּ-- הַמַּיִם, הַזֵּידוֹנִים.
അസായ് അവാർ അൽ നഫ്ഷേനു ഹമ്മായിം ഹസ്സേദോനീം
Then the proud waters had gone over our soul.'
6.
בָּרוּךְ יְהוָה-- שֶׁלֹּא נְתָנָנוּ טֶרֶף, לְשִׁנֵּיהֶם.
ബാരൂഹ് അദോനായ് ഷെല്ലോ നെതാനാനൂ തെറെഫ് ലെഷിന്നേഹെം
Blessed be the LORD, who hath not given us as a prey to their teeth.
7.
נַפְשֵׁנוּ-- כְּצִפּוֹר נִמְלְטָה, מִפַּח יוֹקְשִׁים:הַפַּח נִשְׁבָּר, וַאֲנַחְנוּ נִמְלָטְנוּ.
നഫ്ഷേനു ഖെത്സിപ്പോർ നിംലെതാ മിപ്പഹ് യോഖെഷീം ഹപ്പഹ് നിഷ്ബാർ വാഅനാഹ്നു നിംലാത്നു
Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers; the snare is broken, and we are escaped.
8.
עֶזְרֵנוּ, בְּשֵׁם יְהוָה-- עֹשֵׂה, שָׁמַיִם וָאָרֶץ.
എസ്രേനു ബെഷെം അദോനായ് ഒസെ ഷാമയീം വാആരെത്സ്
Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.
