יְהוָה מָלָךְ, גֵּאוּת לָבֵשׁ:לָבֵשׁ יְהוָה, עֹז הִתְאַזָּר; אַף-תִּכּוֹן תֵּבֵל, בַּל-תִּמּוֹט.
Adonai malakh, ge'ut lavesh: lavesh Adonai, oz hit'azar; af-tikhon tevel, bal-timmot.
The LORD reigneth; He is clothed in majesty; the LORD is clothed, He hath girded Himself with strength; yea, the world is established, that it cannot be moved.
2.
נָכוֹן כִּסְאֲךָ מֵאָז; מֵעוֹלָם אָתָּה.
nakhon kis'akha me'az; me'olam atah.
Thy throne is established of old; Thou art from everlasting.
3.
נָשְׂאוּ נְהָרוֹת, יְהוָה--נָשְׂאוּ נְהָרוֹת קוֹלָם; יִשְׂאוּ נְהָרוֹת דָּכְיָם.
nas'u neharot, Adonai--nas'u neharot kolam; yis'u neharot dakhyam.
The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their roaring.
4.
מִקֹּלוֹת, מַיִם רַבִּים--אַדִּירִים מִשְׁבְּרֵי-יָם; אַדִּיר בַּמָּרוֹם יְהוָה.
mikolot, mayim rabim--addirim mishbere-yam; adir bamarom Adonai.
Above the voices of many waters, the mighty breakers of the sea, the LORD on high is mighty.
5.
עֵדֹתֶיךָ, נֶאֶמְנוּ מְאֹד--לְבֵיתְךָ נַאֲוָה-קֹדֶשׁ: יְהוָה, לְאֹרֶךְ יָמִים.
edoteikha, ne'emnu me'od lebeitkha na'avah-kodesh: YHWH, le'orekh yamim.
Thy testimonies are very sure, holiness becometh Thy house, O LORD, for evermore.
