1.
כֹּה, אָמַר יְהוָה, עַל-שְׁלֹשָׁה פִּשְׁעֵי מוֹאָב, וְעַל-אַרְבָּעָה לֹא אֲשִׁיבֶנּוּ: עַל-שָׂרְפוֹ עַצְמוֹת מֶלֶךְ-אֱדוֹם, לַשִּׂיד.
Koh, amar YHWH, al-shloshah pish'ei mo'av, ve'al-arba'ah lo ashivenu: al-sarfo atzmot melekh-edom, lashid.
Thus saith the LORD: For three transgressions of Moab, yea, for four, I will not reverse it: because he burned the bones of the king of Edom into lime.
2.
וְשִׁלַּחְתִּי-אֵשׁ בְּמוֹאָב, וְאָכְלָה אַרְמְנוֹת הַקְּרִיּוֹת; וּמֵת בְּשָׁאוֹן מוֹאָב, בִּתְרוּעָה בְּקוֹל שׁוֹפָר.
veshillachti-esh bemo'av, ve'okhla armenot hakriyot; umet besha'on mo'av, bitru'ah bekol shofar.
So will I send a fire upon Moab, and it shall devour the palaces of Kerioth; and Moab shall die with tumult, with shouting, and with the sound of the horn;

וְהִכְרַתִּי שׁוֹפֵט, מִקִּרְבָּהּ; וְכָל-שָׂרֶיהָ אֶהֱרוֹג עִמּוֹ, אָמַר יְהוָה.
vehikhrom shofet, mikirbah; vekhal-sareha eherog immo, amar YHWH.
And I will cut off the judge from the midst thereof, and will slay all the princes thereof with him, saith the LORD.

כֹּה, אָמַר יְהוָה, עַל-שְׁלֹשָׁה פִּשְׁעֵי יְהוּדָה, וְעַל-אַרְבָּעָה לֹא אֲשִׁיבֶנּוּ: עַל-מָאֳסָם אֶת-תּוֹרַת יְהוָה, וְחֻקָּיו לֹא שָׁמָרוּ, וַיַּתְעוּם כִּזְבֵיהֶם, אֲשֶׁר-הָלְכוּ אֲבוֹתָם אַחֲרֵיהֶם.
koh, amar YHWH, al-sheloshah pish'ei yehudah, ve'al-arba'ah lo ashivennu: al-ma'osam et-torat YHWH, vechukkav lo shamaru, vayat'um kizvehem, asher-halchu avotam acharֵihem.
Thus saith the LORD: For three transgressions of Judah, yea, for four, I will not reverse it: because they have rejected the law of the LORD, and have not kept His statutes, and their lies have caused them to err, after which their fathers did walk.
5.
וְשִׁלַּחְתִּי אֵשׁ, בִּיהוּדָה; וְאָכְלָה, אַרְמְנוֹת יְרוּשָׁלִָם.
veshillachti esh, bihudah; ve'okhla, armenot Yerushalayim.
So will I send a fire upon Judah, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem.

כֹּה, אָמַר יְהוָה, עַל-שְׁלֹשָׁה פִּשְׁעֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל, וְעַל-אַרְבָּעָה לֹא אֲשִׁיבֶנּוּ: עַל-מִכְרָם בַּכֶּסֶף צַדִּיק, וְאֶבְיוֹן בַּעֲבוּר נַעֲלָיִם.
koh, amar YHWH, al-sheloshah pish'ei Yisrael, ve'al-arba'ah lo ashivennu: al-mikhram bakesef tzaddik, ve'evyon ba'avur na'alayim.
Thus saith the LORD: For three transgressions of Israel, yea, for four, I will not reverse it: because they sell the righteous for silver, and the needy for a pair of shoes;

הַשֹּׁאֲפִים עַל-עֲפַר-אֶרֶץ בְּרֹאשׁ דַּלִּים, וְדֶרֶךְ עֲנָוִים יַטּוּ; וְאִישׁ וְאָבִיו, יֵלְכוּ אֶל-הַנַּעֲרָה, לְמַעַן חַלֵּל, אֶת-שֵׁם קָדְשִׁי.
hashsho'afim al-afar-eretz berosh dallim, vederekh anavim yattu; ve'ish ve'aviv, yelkhu el-hanar'ah, lema'an khallel, et-shem kodshi.
That pant after the dust of the earth on the head of the poor, and turn aside the way of the humble; and a man and his father go unto the same maid, to profane My holy name;

וְעַל-בְּגָדִים חֲבֻלִים יַטּוּ, אֵצֶל כָּל-מִזְבֵּחַ; וְיֵין עֲנוּשִׁים יִשְׁתּוּ, בֵּית אֱלֹהֵיהֶם.
ve'al-begadim khavulim yattu, etzel kol-mizbe'ach; veyein anushim yishtu, beit Elohehem.
And they lay themselves down beside every altar upon clothes taken in pledge, and in the house of their God they drink the wine of them that have been fined.

וְאָנֹכִי הִשְׁמַדְתִּי אֶת-הָאֱמֹרִי, מִפְּנֵיהֶם, אֲשֶׁר כְּגֹבַהּ אֲרָזִים גָּבְהוֹ, וְחָסֹן הוּא כָּאַלּוֹנִים; וָאַשְׁמִיד פִּרְיוֹ מִמַּעַל, וְשָׁרָשָׁיו מִתָּחַת.
ve'anokhi hishmadti et-ha'emori, mipne'im, asher kegovah arazim gavho, vechason hu ka'allonim; va'ashmid piryo mimma'al, veshorashaw mittachat.
Yet destroyed I the Amorite before them, whose height was like the height of the cedars, and he was strong as the oaks; yet I destroyed his fruit from above, and his roots from beneath.
10.
וְאָנֹכִי הֶעֱלֵיתִי אֶתְכֶם, מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם; וָאוֹלֵךְ אֶתְכֶם בַּמִּדְבָּר אַרְבָּעִים שָׁנָה, לָרֶשֶׁת אֶת-אֶרֶץ הָאֱמֹרִי.
ve'anokhi he'eleti etkhem, me'eretz Mitzrayim; va'olekh etkhem bamidbar arba'im shanah, lareshet et-eretz ha'emori.
Also I brought you up out of the land of Egypt, and led you forty years in the wilderness, to possess the land of the Amorites.
11.
וָאָקִים מִבְּנֵיכֶם לִנְבִיאִים, וּמִבַּחוּרֵיכֶם לִנְזִרִים; הַאַף אֵין-זֹאת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל, נְאֻם-יְהוָה.
va'akim mib'neikhem linvi'im, umibakhureikhem linzirim; ha'af ein-zot bnei Yisrael, ne'um-YHWH.
And I raised up of your sons for prophets, and of your young men for Nazirites. Is it not even thus, O ye children of Israel? saith the LORD.
12.
וַתַּשְׁקוּ אֶת-הַנְּזִרִים, יָיִן; וְעַל-הַנְּבִיאִים צִוִּיתֶם לֵאמֹר, לֹא תִּנָּבְאוּ.
vattashku et-hanzirim, yayin; ve'al-hanvi'im tzivitem lemor, lo tinnave'u.
But ye gave the Nazirites wine to drink; and commanded the prophets, saying: 'Prophesy not.'
13.
הִנֵּה אָנֹכִי מֵעִיק, תַּחְתֵּיכֶם, כַּאֲשֶׁר תָּעִיק הָעֲגָלָה, הַמְלֵאָה לָהּ עָמִיר.
hinneh anokhi me'ik, takhteikhem, ka'asher ta'ik ha'agalah, hamle'ah lah amir.
Behold, I will make it creak under you, as a cart creaketh that is full of sheaves.
14.
וְאָבַד מָנוֹס מִקָּל, וְחָזָק לֹא-יְאַמֵּץ כֹּחוֹ; וְגִבּוֹר, לֹא-יְמַלֵּט נַפְשׁוֹ.
ve'avad manos mikal, vekhazak lo-ye'ametz kokho; vegibor, lo-yemaletz nafsho.
And flight shall fail the swift, and the strong shall not exert his strength, neither shall the mighty deliver himself;
15.
וְתֹפֵשׂ הַקֶּשֶׁת לֹא יַעֲמֹד, וְקַל בְּרַגְלָיו לֹא יְמַלֵּט; וְרֹכֵב הַסּוּס, לֹא יְמַלֵּט נַפְשׁוֹ.
vetofes hakeshet lo ya'amod, vekal beraglav lo yemaletz; verokhev hasus, lo yemaletz nafsho.
Neither shall he stand that handleth the bow; and he that is swift of foot shall not deliver himself; neither shall he that rideth the horse deliver himself;
16.
וְאַמִּיץ לִבּוֹ, בַּגִּבּוֹרִים--עָרוֹם יָנוּס בַּיּוֹם-הַהוּא, נְאֻם-יְהוָה.
ve'amitz libo, bagiborim--arom yanus bayom-hahu, ne'um-YHWH.
And he that is courageous among the mighty shall flee away naked in that day, saith the LORD.
